Nice apartments, were condos prior to becoming a apt complex, management better then before , but when u move out they go after you for everything including carpets etc, they want apts to be turn key, without painting or new carpets and they go after the last tenet with a vengeance. GET LAWYER when moving out.

This condo complex is owned by Association, and a lot of units are occupied by owners not tenants which I found to be great. The owners pay for yard maintenance, sewer/trash and other duties (providing you with complimentary access to club house with a pool table, very nice gym and a pool that happens to be (we checked) the best in the area). Tenant is responsible for electricity only....

It is interesting that the only other reviews are the same person twice having a copy and pasted review.

After having lived here for a few months, it is obvious that the staff and office personnel are poorly trained and not capable of managing an apartment complex. They are rude and unresponsive to issues. The grounds are dirty and not maintained. On move in they told me I could pay rent with a credit card (for points), and the first month was paid with one. The second month they claimed no such thing was possible.

This is a nice complex that has been allowed to decay and remains...
