WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH AN ATTITUDE. I made an appointment and got there 5 minutes early. When I got there I was told that my appointment was cancelled because I was 10 minutes late! So, as she was trying to tell me that I must have gotten the appointment times wrong, I then remembered that I got a confirmation text from them of my appointment time. Even though I showed her my appointment time confirmation text she REFUSES to allow me an appointment as they are ""booked"". Are you kidding me???? Worst experience I have ever had. Student took 90 mins to cut my hair (male), there were no towels for after the shampoo, and the quality of the hair cut was terrible. I have been going here for years and this was by far the lowest quality of service I have received.
