What a horrible experience especially if you have a pet. The place charges you $750 for PETS but then when you move in, you find out that everything is restricted. You can't leave them outside , you cannot take them on the elevator if they had surgery or can't walk or if you have your child in a stroller with you, you cannot walk trough the front door to get to the elevator etc. A couple of...

Wonderful place to call home. Came to The Ave for corporate housing and decided to stay in the permanent residence. Very well maintained. Exceptional, friendly and helpful staff. Pool, courtyard, gym and breakfast Mon-Fri...it is all good!

I've been living here for two months now and love it! The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, the facilities are immaculate and well-managed, and if I ever need anything done, it's done in record time! I highly recommend AVE living! :)
