Was excited to check the place out but after the first impression the front desk gave us we won't be choosing this place to live. The person barely did their job and could give a crap less whether we lived there or not. Didn't ask for names and barely answered any questions. The whole experience almost came off pretentious. Sorry we wasted your time. We'll take our business elsewhere.

This place is terrible!!! I lived her for 2 years and for the first 6 months or so things were great, however, this community began accepting section 8 and everything went downhill from there. I had a revolving door of noisy neighbors and had to call the police due to domestic violence taking place upstairs; Next door neighbors had loud sex at all hours of the night and continuously woke me up...

I've been living here for 3 years and while this location has it's pros and cons, I am happy with my choice. Pros : walk in laundry room, garden tubs, huge closet, even bigger living room if you choose a unit without a balcony, huge pantry, ample parking, property in itself is just nice to look at, convenient location near 121 and 75, the Allen outlet is literally 3 minutes away, movie...
