My very first apartment was at Autumn Chase, and it was an enjoyable stay. I moved away but am about to move back to these apartments. Management was nothing but helpful and super nice, and maintenance was always on top of it. I look forward to moving back, and are people keeping in mind that ANYONE can get on this website and bash (including competition guys)??

autumn chase has been such a plesant place to live, the townhomes are very cute. I love the area, it is quiet, and peaceful. I love the office staff, they are always so nice. BJ and his crew are just amazing! This is a nice place to live in San Marcos, if you are looking for a quiet, relaxed atmosphere.

I have lived here for three months. The management is horrible. It takes forever to get anything fixed and when they do fix it they do it wrong. DON'T LIVE HERE. Its horrible.

I think the Autumn Chase apartments are soooo cute!! Like my own home not an Apt. I have lived here for 6 months and I thinks it's a great location. It's an older place but the maintenance guys are really nice.
