Autumn leaves has been a wonderful place for me to work, I have been here for 10yrs and have enjoyed every second of it. Would send my loved one here in a heartbeat!

Really bad people working thier they dont do as they told they treat people how they want to by far it was the worst experience for my grandma will never recommend this place to no one !!
