I brought my 12 yr old Subaru into Autopia last month after neglecting it's upkeep for the last 4 yrs. It had been a heavily used work car for about 8 yrs prior to that.

My 19 year old daughter has brought her car to Autopia twice. I was relieved because they took the time to explain everything to her AND they called me before they did anything because they knew Mom was paying for the repairs! They did a great job and I appreciate their respect.

I brought my car in for a oil change for the 21.95 special. They told me that my water pump was leaking onto my timing belt, among many more things with a estimate of almost $2000.
