Have attempted to contact the claim estimator several times to confirm scheduled time to bring car in for repairs - left my number for return call - have not heard anything - extremely poor communication.

Be careful - these people work with insurance companies. If you get estimates from here - make sure to get another one somewhere else. I find it interesting that the same company did an estimate for me then for the insurance company - two different amounts. Can you guess which was lower? That's right - lower for the insurance company, more for me. Hmmmm

I had my car towed here for repair and was told it would be three weeks from that day. Well, three weeks went by and I had no recieved any calls with updates on the progress of my car so I decided to call. By this time I was told that my car would be ready Friday, which was three days after my scheduled pick up date. So I called Thursday so make sure everything was in line to pick up my car....
