The owner's name is Ron ?????? a no-nonsense and trustworthy individual. He and his manager, Rick, have been at this location for many years.

Automotive Associates has knowledge and technology equivalent to the ??????dealerships,?????? but in my opinion, their customer service well exceeds any typical new car dealership.

I took my truck in to them for a couple issues I was having. They had it for a couple hours and called me back to say that it needed a major tune up (I've heard that before) that would cost me around $600. They couldn't tell me exactly what the problem(s) were but said I needed the tune up and that would fix it. I didn't have them do the work but did it myself and my truck is no better off.
