Buyer beware- This is for the used car sales department of Autohaus in lancaster, PA.

If you agree with the dealership on a good price for a used car, expect a third class service with terrible customer service.

My sale rep, Hernan, was awesome!! He went above and beyond!! The service department? A whole different can of worms!! Rude and condescending. Think I'll be taking my car elsewhere after my upcoming appointment. Laughing at your customer and telling me nothing is wrong and now coming back 4 weeks later where the original problem is worse and a whole laundry list of new problems on a one year...
