Help us make it rightHonest mechanic. Fast service, Free loaner car, not over priced likes all the other shops I've tryed in the past. I took my car to my regular mechanic in november of 2010. They told me that they could not get to my car for a week. Autolab had my car ready the next day. And i saved $380. Thank You Mac
I went to autolab 9-3-09 for a simple oil change and marc montalto the owner had the kid that just graduated in july-09 tryed to do the simple job..he drained and tightened the drain plug and stripped it, so marc the owner retreaded a larger plug..ok that worked. Now the kid overflowed the oil and had to take some out and stripped the larger bolt..now the owner blamed the last guy who did the oil change..put silicone around the leaky stripped bolt, and sent me on my way..i was standing right there when he over tightened my bolt, and the second one, why i didn't take him to court is beyond me..this is part one of the nightmare at autolab..i have another one..
