It was the first time I've ever had my shoes repaired. Usually I just by a new pair. However, decided to try it. They did an amazing job! The heel and sole were completely worn through. They were replaced and the shoe was reconditioned like new. The great thing was they are already worn in and comfortable. My dress shoes looked like one of thier before and after pictures. Take them to Austin Shoe Hospital instead. They can help you with most shoe repairs as well as leather reapirs. I've had some purses fixed that had broken straps, etc. They always do a great job and the price is reasonable considering you don't have to go out and buy a new pair of $100 shoes and then kill your feet trying to break them in.
