These are apartments are just great! Nice location and nice staff.
Staff is always on top of everything! Been here for 2 yrs. And planning to stay for a long time.

I have enjoyed living here. However, management changes to often. They never really get to know the renters. When something is broken it may take a couple days to get fixed. The pool was closed more than open this summer due to vandialism. This complex is designed for famlies and I need a place that is quieter.

I live at austin crest apartments, and i have to say its very nice. Especially if you have kids and pets. Very spacious, clean, safe, and friendly. Also very affordable for a three bedroom apartment. We love it here!!! My kids enjoy the play grounds and swimming pool. While me and my husband love the gym. Also staff and maintenance are very caring and so helpful. I moved in February of 2012 and I've been so happy since I've been here. The only thing I have to pay besides the rent is gas and electric and it never goes over fourty bucks! I'm so close to my work and the day care my kids go to. I absolutely love the location and the view is amazing!

The money you save on rent is spent on your utility bill, wind blows through the windows so hard it moves the blinds. They don't fix anything in a timely manner, and only fix things that they are required by law to fix (and they take every minute of the 14 days). The people in the office are AWFUL and nasty, …
