In response TX Boomer. We work very diligently to make our customers lives as stress free as possible. It makes no sense for us to purposely make things difficult. We made every attempt to provide a viable solution. Unfortunately we were unable to solve this matter with the customer.

I've been pondering setting up bi-weekly maid service for awhile now. A close friend of mine recommended Austin All Maids and emailed me the website. First off, kudos to the design team. Easy to navigate and very ""clean-looking"", I was able to fill out my requirements and get an instant quote. The next day I called the office to discuss my needs and get more information on the cleaning. The owner, Julia, was incredibly nice and informative. She recently acquired this company 2 years ago and all the employees have been around for 4-20 years.

Not pet friendly

I looked into Austin All Maid because they were ranked as the most pet friendly maid service and my pets are my kids. When we first started, things went well but over time, things started to slip and we argued over something very simple time and time and time again that pertained to my pets - a door. This door was to remain open. I posted notes, called in and complained, there was a towel in doorjam so the door couldn't be closed but every time I came home, that door was closed - not fair to my pets.
