First time there AWESOME! The woman at the front was so nice, she made us feel like friends right away. She came around the desk and greeted my dog and then me! Awesome! She rubbed my dogs knees and she loved it. Filling out papetwork, she asked about my dog - health, heartworm, flea, any problems - she really was interested and gave good information back (if I wasn't doing something :)). ...
