I have been going to the Aurora Antique Pavillion for many years with children, friends and family. Always enjoy the treasures we find. Children from ages 1 to 8 I take there on field trips group sizes 3 to 5. The children and I have not had any issues with staff or other services available restroom(s). Sure sometimes some staff member(s) follow us around with an eagle eye but never any words from them. We all just continue on our journey. We always have a great time exploring the floor like a story book experience. I would recommend if you do go with children that store and your rules are...

I imagine these people deal with many ""grabby children"" who break things. I remember this store from my childhood and I'm pretty sure I was told to not touch things. It's not a place to play, it's an ANTIQUE store and hardly the place to bring children. Valuable Items are on display and the reality of the situation is, those items are rare or they wouldn't be there. I'm sure your a fine parent, but being a nanny in the past, I know kids don't always listen. I am definately going to continue shopping there andI hope others do the same... with out their children in tow.

This was a favorite place for us-my kids loved to buy stuff from the 1980's and 1990's which this mall has a lot of. I happened to bring my kids in one day when the staff on duty was unfamiliar to us, and they did not know that we DO spend money and DON'T damage or break anything. I thought they would relax after we have been there an hour ( we were the only people in the whole place) and of course my kids had not damaged anything. My doughter had picked out the items she wanted to buy and my son was still deciding...But staff kept following us around and staring and scowling at me and my...
