I love their pretzels but the service isn't the best. No one seems enthused or has any sense of urgency, no one even smiles. So if you're in a hurry and want something quick, that might not be the outcome at this Auntie Anne's.

I typically love Auntie Anne's, but the rude employees, cold pretzels, and slow service will more than likely cause me to take my business elsewhere next time.
