I moved here the end of summer 2010 when the bank took over this property and have loved it ever since. The improvements that have been made are incredible. The apartments are beautifully painted inside and outside they have had all the sidewalks repaired from old management that didnt care about this place. I have lived here 4 a short period & I regret living here. They management & maintainace is ran so poorly. At my move in I had to fix so many problems myself like around the outside doors had big gaps, I had to put plastic over all the windows because they are so messed up air was coming threw like if I had the doors open. I have lived in the augusta arms for a short while. My furnace is not producing hot air. Maintenance is suppose to be available 24 hours a day. I called 4 times to the emergency number and did not get a response. We remained in our unit because we had no money to get a hotel or other family in the area. I agree with the other review. I lived here for a year and they never complied with anything I needed worked on. The apartments are in a very shady area. Two months after I moved out I found out that they had called debt collectors on me for no reason. At first they said it was because I owed them money for keys not returned.
