August brothers installed an illegal shut-off valve on a relief valve drip line that ultimatly could have caused my house to blow up!! Contacted the State and they are under investigation! I have pictures and reports to verify!!!

Sorry Sir but it is impossible to "fudge" a delivery. Dep. of Weights and Measures checks meters regularly to make sure that this thing doesn't happen. If you look at your ticket, the meter stamp will tell you exactly how many gallons were delivered.

In addition, if you really, really thought that they were stealing, I'm sure you would have contacted the proper authorities and filed a complaint. Instead I think you just like to bash people on this website.

Caught Stealing

I caught them over charging me on my automatic payment plan locked for 1 year. I watched the oil meter on their truck stop at 76 gallons & I got a bill for 83 gallons. Most companies have a computerized print out that exactly shows what was delivered. August bros just writes your delivery amount on your bill allowing the deliver to fudge. IN ADDITION they come every 3 weeks to deliver just 80 gallons for a 250 gallon tank. You would think that less visits for them would save them paying a delivery guy & gas to get to your house. They could easily come every 6 weeks and deliver 160 gallons saving the company money BUT more trips is more skimming from me. I am locked for a year so they are going to get my business anyway. It doesn't make sense PLUS I caught them fudging what was delivered. I'm done with them & I highly recommend you go to a company that protects you with computerized delivery read outs.
