My mom was there for rehab for two weeks. The staff was amazing, they treated her with so much care, she was not just a number. I'm forever grateful to everyone there!

My wife Nan arrived about 1-1/2 weeks ago in your rehab facility. A few observations: 1. Facility is OK. Not exceptional, but OK. 2. Care is also OK. Again, not outstanding, but OK. 3. Major problem - Feedback from the staff is poor and in need of improvement. Specifically: We have received no feedback regarding when my wife will be discharged. June 18, 2013: My 93 year old dad passed away May 13 in this facility and my 95 year old mother was told June 17, 2013 that she must leave along with the other 8 residents. The new owner is changing all rooms to just a Therapy facility. This facility was 1 mile from my brother who visited every Sunday and whenever he was needed. It is no the fanciest facility, but the staff is wonderful and kind. They go out of their way to make my mother comfortable. She loves their food and loves the staff. They have gone out of their way to make her stay pleasant. It's important that a parent enjoys where they are staying and this facility/staff does that.
