I am baffled by the one star rating above. Ryan, one of the owners, installed our system years ago. He was amazingly informed and helpful. We felt that his number one goal was to meet our needs rather than to make the most profitable sale. Since then, whenever we've had an issue, or forgotten how to use a piece of equipment, he has been incredibly responsive. We've recommended A/V Excellence to a number of friends who have been uniformly satisfied.
