Sticker Price for Q5? No way!

Little to no negotiation for 2013 Q5. Sales staff were friendly but not willing to budge on price for a customer who was ready and willing to purchase at time of visit. If you want to negotiate, this isn't the right place for you.

Great Experience

David and Kevin made this the best car buying experience I have had. From the minute I walked on the lot until I drove away with my vehicle, everything was professional and courteous. I experienced no surprises and the car is still great. 100 percent satisfied, I will be back.

Snooty

We went to the dealership looking for a used Audi.
We test drove an A4.

He questioned our ability to buy a new A5, and said do you REALLY want to buy one.

It was due to this attitude, we chose to go to a dealer in Madison where a relative works.
