good place for a quick lunch

Nicer than the average sandwich shop, Au Bon Pain has good sandwiches and good soups, as well. Service is fairly quick, and the atmosphere is pleasant as such places go.

I just love the honey grain bagel

A little pricey -- nearly $2+ for toasted bagel with light butter and honey pecan cream cheese. Nonetheless......YUM!

First time visit. I ordered the chicken salad sandwich. It was fresh and delicious. The cafe was brightly lit and clean. Would highly recommend it.

We stopped in to grab a muffin while walking through the Shops at Crystal City. Besides pastries, they sell signature and hot and cold sandwiches, and the prices seemed reasonable.
