Worst experience I've ever had. Came in to buy an iPhone ex S max the lady lied to me about the deposit I am a former AT&T employee I saw what the system said and it said nothing about a deposit...

Canceled 2 appointments for internet set up. After I waited 5 hours!!!! Then game me a 3rd appoint time to be home “between 8am and 8pm”. Horrid service. Wouldn’t even waive the installation fee. Leaning toward Cox.
