I have never been treated with such
disrespect by someone working on a commission... Go to another location, heck, go to another carrier if this is how AT&T wants to run their business. You know where those inflated prices are going? To employ an empty cell phone store, staff it with a dozen people who don't want to be there, and then advertise hours that nobody want's to keep. If you don't want to work after 8:40, close earlier.
Tonight I went into this location because it
met our hours and this is where we opened our accounts. What a mistake, we walked in to find 9-10 employees milling about and avoiding eye contact. We walked up to representative who ignored us until another one came from behind and asked what we needed. My boyfriend told him we needed to upgrade our phones and before he could go any further, the bald employee with the goatee interrupted him...
