Came in at a non busy hour. Wanted to add a phone line. Was helped by Justin who was knowledgeable and quick. Was out of the store with a new active phone in 20 min!My second time there - both times they were very helpful.

Please don't sign anything here with these inflexible SOBs. My early termination fee for my last 10 days is $95. Really??? At first they told me my contract ran 2 years and one month. C'mon now. When do 2 year contracts run for two years and one month??I even offerred to pay my last bill. Never again for the ATT crooks.
