Very unprofessional store. We came here a month prior to order Uverse for the first time, mind you- this is a corporate store. A rep called Jacob pitched us on a plan that costs $10 more in return...

Every sales person here has a different offer, last night I was told they could drop the price on my phone bill down by $30/$35 this am it turns out that plan will RAISE my bill by $40 and the salesman that made the offer is in hiding !! Guess who's looking for a new cell phone company

I like this AT&T store more than others in my area. It's bigger, has entertainment while you're waiting to be assisted and it has a large selection available in store. The staff is really nice and helpful, but a suggestion that I can give everyone is to make sure to make an appointment, it'll save you a lot of time and …
