3rd ats trans in truck and it is bad w/about 5000 miles on it. manager and owner at ats will not even call me back after several messages I oiginally bought my ats 5R110 with ats converter and ats deep pan from a local dealer(which is no longer a dealer because of not getting paid for warranty work, his words)in march 2008 for $6180.94 including labor and shipping. that one lasted about 3yrs....

I however have had nothing but good luck with the products.
