Yesterday we had Atlas come out for a tune-up on our (Working!) furnace & A/C. The guy was nice and friendly and was done fairly quickly. I then went off to work, but my wife got home last night to find out that our heat was no longer working!! Atlas broke our furnace when it had been working perfectly fine!! We each called the Atlas emergency phone number and left voice messages for them.... more
