Horrible Experience
What started out as a very pleasant experience ended in a horrible experience leaving us without the car that was on the deal table at the final moments before us driving off with the Highlander Tech Package Model, and a lot of wasted time. No fault on the side of the sales person, but the manager on duty at the time of closing out the transaction was horrible!! He basically tried to change the cost on us after paperwork was filled out, insurance was changed and updated, and credit was checked. We ended up walking away from the deal offered because he couldn't waive the $1,800...
Atlantic Toyota
I did not have a positive experience with the service department. I found the independents to be better. Of course, if you need Toyota parts, it is convenient to purchase there.
