Wonderful doctors who are really doctors and not counselors or nurses. Very knowledgeable about brain illnesses that cause problems with relationships

bad first impression

Today I called this office on a referral from my doctor, my mother who has dementia has been living with me for the past five months after my father died in June, she is from Illinois and had been seeing a DR there but needed to continue here. I called and was greeted with ""what kind of insurance does she have"" I explained she has several types,medicare, Blue Cross and before I could get the words out of my mouth I was told ""we do not subscribe to that type of coverage and she would need to pay cash if she can afford it"" well you did not even give me a chance to explain my mother also...
