Other than the bed bugs, the dirty room, slow room service, forgetfulness of the room service, the poor HVAC system this hotel is a mess. The worst part was the bugs in the bed. On top of this the rate charged is excessive, and will be even if the hotel cleans up its act. I do not recommend a stay at this location and Starwood needs to conduct its own investigation
