Jacob is indeed a snake! Please look at your contracts carefully... he is known for bait and switch. He will tell you one thing and then change it when you get there to pick up your car. Get EVERYTHING in writing! Also, inspect your car when you pick it up after service! Scrapes and scratches seem to be a very common occurence on this lot. Keep all of your receipts! This jerk called me yelling...

I also purchased a car from Jacob. I am very happy with it, i never have problems it runs smooth always. The only thing i didnt like is that looking back on the contract the numbers do not add up. I am actually paying more than what the contract is stating. My fault for not checking but hopefully anyone reading this will not make the same mistake. I am sure if I would have caught it in the...
