Very rude people. Mis-leading on shipping info but for additional$$ you can get them to tell you a straight answer on when your product will arive
Placed an online order and cancelled 15 days later.
Three things went bad. It happens when something goes wrong but the process and how they handled the situation was quite poor.
1) Never received my order. They still did not know the status when I called them again 15 days later. I called another online restaurant merchant and they confirmed that they would ship the next day for the same products.
2) Never got any e-mail of shipping or delays. This is a standard practice when you order online.
3) Customer service was not helpful at all. I called a few different times. One...
