Week 2 being back! This week marks one year since I tore my ACL, meniscus, and MCL! That trifecta! Hoping to be at full extension in the next month... It's been a long journey Koffeehouse recovery!

First time in three weeks I've been well enough and strong enough for knee therapy! And they've missed me! Been coming 2-3 times a week since September.
