Always a pleasant experience, and easy to get help when I need it. Ace provides service and hardware that the big box guys don't think is profitable enough.

Always friendly and knowledgable staff. Has everything you'd expect from a hardware store. Prices are much better than lowes for loose screws and bolts (galvanized, stainless, zinc)! Everything else is priced reasonably.

What a wonderful store. They have great customer service, will keep the doors open until you leave, and have a large selection of fine astronomy lenses for my budding astronauts. I can go into the gift shop while my husband looks for supplies, and they offered popcorn to my kids. Great store. I'm glad THIS is the hardware store closest to me. The store is always clean, well stocked and well organized. I run up to Ace like some people run up to the corner convenience store. These people really are the "helpful hardware folks" Ace promotes in their commercials.
