Cheats renters out of money

I rented from them for 3 years, never complained, always paid rent on time, and let issues within the home go without causing any issues. I also didn't require them to fix issues withing the home that they had told us they would fix for the sole reason of not wanting to be a difficult tenant. My family was forced to move from the house we rented from them due to extenuating circumstances. When they could not find another property within their office they treated us with no respect. Anytime we called we were not given any answers to our questions, we were brushed aside, and they were just plain out rude on certain occasions. They kept our security deposit to almost the last day possible, then charged us fees for the most ridiculous things. They charged us to re-clean carpets that had been professionally cleaned (double what we had previously paid), for cutting the grass three weeks after we moved out, for 10 hours of a cleaning service (which is absurd because the house was not in bad condition), and then almost $150 to "schedule" the cleaning for the house. So out of a $1450 deposit, they took nearly $900. I will NEVER use them again. And I will make sure to tell everyone I know that they cheat people out of money every chance they get.
