never, EVER sign up at 'At the Beach' tanning. they lie, trick you into signing new contracts, cheat you out of money (because the beds don't work at LEAST half of the time), and their customer service is pointless, because no matter what the issue, they don't help you. WORST company experience i've EVER had. i should have listened to my friends when they said they had a horrendous experience too.

Don't go here ! They have terrible beds and never change there bulbs. The employees even complain about this place!

I purchased credits approximately one week ago that would have covered me for 4 or 5 visits. I returned a week later for my SECOND visit only to find I was out of credits because their records indicated I'd been there FIVE TIMES last week!! This suggests but one of two things to me - 1) I'm dealing with a highly incompetent staff that somehow charged the wrong account 4 times in one week....

THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH. They will lie to you about being able to cancel your contract at anytime with no fees : turns out you have to move 25 miles outside of any of their locations before they will let you cancel. The customer service people at 866-994-5071 are rude and have no clue what they are doing. You can call 5 times and get 5 different answers. They say they...

I really like the salon love the beds and the staff is friendly. The only thing I wish they would do is quit trying to sell me their expensive lotions every single day. Come on when I say no I mean no... Put it in your little computer leave me alone about your lotions!!!!!!
