I called Astex for information about mold in my new home. A live person answered the phone on my first call, and I thought that was amazing. I was then transferred to a consultant who was very knowledgeable, and they answered all my questions. Poor customer service

Couldn't help us due to scheduling, which is understandable but company was very short about it. Then hung called me back later and when I said I found someone else because they could not help me when I first called I was hung up on.
