I have lived here at the Aspen for many years! I have seen its ups and downs. The Aspens have really turned around, we have been getting up grades to our units and I'm happy with our new manager, Keep up the good work! I hope things continue to improve because I love my apartment, Happy Camper!

The upgrade have been excellent everything looks very good it feels like home, Anita the apartment manager does a great job taking care of business since she has been here everything has turned to the best. If I have a maintance problem it's taken care of within a day or two and sometimes in the same day. It's a blessing to have...

KIDS ARE NOT SUPERVISED ! KIDS DAMAGE CARS. Where the hell are the PARENTS at !. The kids Run around all day screaming throwing coins at cars (yes, I have seen them) They are black kids. They throw, skid the coins off along the cement so it builds up force then it pops up and really dents the cars. I've seen kids RUN ON TOP OF THE CARS! Yes, i said run on top of the cars ! I lived in Aspen Ridge with my family for two years. The Manager and Maint. are very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The grounds are always spotless! You get a nice price for a lot of room here, in addition to a W/D, and fee water/sewer/garbage.
