I'd give this contractor a "C-" grade. He made careless mistakes and didn't finish the job. I hired him to build a patio and do some stonework and clean-up in my back yard. He built the patio quickly - in about 2 days - but left raw dirt and the retaining hardware around the edges exposed. When he started work on the back yard, he dumped a pile of sand on my grass, even though the driveway...
