Not just "do you like this?". Sales Staff gave measurements, what it was made of, savings amounts, and recommended other items to go with it.Placed my order... got NEW product not a floor model! watchout, if you buy from this store you will not beable to pick your furniture at the store. they have no inventory onsite. it comes from phenix city distribution center. it has to be delivered along with a 69.99 charge for delivery. Even if you choose to pick it up at the store where you bought it you can not.i think this is called hidden charges...i call it rip off bussiness practices.now you know why this is not posted in the store. andwhat about a furniture return....do not even go there.

Our Ashley experience was so great! We bought our daughter bunk beds for her 9th birthday as a surprise....our daughter was not very enthused though when we took her to see what she was getting. Our salesperson, Vickie, helped my daughter see the great things about her new bedding that would be great for her friends to come over. She wasn't pushy and wasn't trying to "talk" my daughter into...
