Help us make it rightJust had a bed delivered from the Carmel Indiana store that was damaged. Didn't notice the damage until right after the delivery people left but when I caught up with them they said they identified the damage at the store but were told to deliver the furniture anyway. We waited 4 weeks for the bed and will now have to wait another 2 weeks to receive a replacement. No wonder that store is going...
9/9/09 Bought furniture here in May. Love the furniture but they damaged the couch durung delivery. I cannot get them to fix it. Not returning calls, etc...Hope they do not damage your goods!
I purchased furniture on June 23rd. The saleswoman was helpful and not pushy at all, let us walk around without following us or bugging us every 5 minutes. However the delivery was another story. I was told that delivery would take about 2 weeks but more than likely would be really about 1 week. I was given phone # to call in 48 hours to check on status. I called the # and spoke with Holly, she stated the furniture was in and would be delivered on June 30th. I was moving into my new place July 3rd and asked if they could deliver then to which she replied "" no problem"" they will call you...
Me and my son's father went there in search of kids bedroom furniture. Upon entering the store there was a sales person sitting at a desk who did not greet nor offer to help. Sales rep #2 walked right passed us still no question of greeting or wanting help. Store rep #3 looked at me dead in my face and started looking around as if she didn't want to get noticed. Finally I asked was she a sales rep of course she replied yes I said good because no one has offered to help not one time. the sales rep goes on to say that they usually don't say anything like to let the customer look around...
This was the worst experience ever. I placed my order and unfortunately it was delayed but they never called to tell me even though their policy is to do so. I e-mailed customer service and never rec'd a response. The store where I made the purchase basically told me to hang tight. I called the customer service # and they tell you when you leave a message that they will call back w/in 24 hrs...
