I never have to wait for an appointment at Ascent Hearing. They get me in at my appointment time every time. Keri is very efficient, and she tells me what to expect. She explained step-by-step the entire process of getting my hearing aid and was very comforting.

I've gone to Ascent Hearing Wantagh for about a year and nine months now. They are very efficient; I had a problem with one hearing aid and they worked with me to correct it. They're in a good location, they offer excellent customer service and are very accommodating!

I had Ascent Hearing in Wantagh do a hearing test on me. I thought I was hard of hearing in one ear, but it turns out I'm actually hard of hearing in both ears. The hearing aides work wonderfully, and I hear much better now. I have normal hearing now, and I didn't realize how much of a hearing loss I had.
