They are banking on the fact that you are desperate and locked out of your building, so you will agree to any price. Rip-off artists. I was quoted $15 service call and $45 locksmith job. Guy arrives in unmarked car, with 877-512-7722 on his shirt. Fiddles with my lock and says it will cost $130 because it's a special lock. This is a cheap lock from home depot. When I say I won't do it he says there's a $29 cancellation fee. Total scam. I took a photo of him when he wouldn't leave and he said he served three years in the Israeli military blah blah to try and intimidate me. Avoid at all cost. They put their stickers all over the place hoping people will call and get duped.
