The husband has been dreaming of puffy tacos since seeing them on Food Network...and we've been frequenting Arturo's ever since finding it via Chowhound.
The tacos are simple terrific...the shell is crispy and airy and just delightful. The fillings are great, too. I'm a big fan on the guisada (stewed beef) and the chicken....the ground beef and carne asada seem...
