I broke my glasses on a Sunday and needed replacements by Monday so I did a Google search and found they were the only one place that could do same day service. So I took a ride down to Artsee which is in the Meatpacking district of Manhattan. After I got to the store I was helped view a bunch of different frames and settled on a perfect pair for me. I picked up a pair of glasses here about 4 months ago. The service was spot-on. The person who attended to me was very good. I tried on several pairs, but ended up taking their recommendation. Two weeks ago, I took my glasses in for an adjustment (I had dropped them and the left lens was popping out and had been scratched slightly). I can't believe all the reviews I am reading. Artsee is beyond amazing. I love the people, they are true professionals. The sales people are not only extremely knowledgeable in their profession, but they aren't trying to sell glasses to anyone.
