I had a alumawood patio cover installed about a year ago and paid for it in full, it looked great! The first rain proved it has a leak. I called and someone came to fix it with a rubber type compound which easily washed out the first rain. I called again, and was told I do not have a leak but someone would come out again, no one came. I called again, and again and again...several times now and each time I am promised that someone will come out to fix the leak (which is getting worse and worse with each rainfall). So far, I have paid cash for a leaky patio cover and I do not have the full use of it as I can not use the corner that leaks! All they need to do is come out and fix the leak a simple matter but apparently that is not part of what I paid for!!! I would not recommend this company.
Quick response to replace the trim around our windows. We needed 5 windows/trim replaced and I was disappointed that they could only do 4. Good customer service.

They removed and replaced two rotten wood siding boards. Although I wanted the siding boards painted, that service was not offered. Got off to a rough start , but in the end, an excellent job!
