Salesman James T was outstanding. I'm satisfied with the quality of my purchase. Delivery was on time and not damaged. Problems: an attachment was missing and they couldn't say when I could expect delivery and assembly of said attachment . I had to call them to confirm delivery date and time for the original. A+ for store, D for delivery.

Went in to buy a recliner on sale. Was told they ran out, asked if I could order one, salesperson said yes and she checked. Came back and said no they would not order one. Very deceptive sales practice !! Quantities were not limited in their adv. Off to Gardner White !
