Kind of funny the only (Flint) furniture store with a review is of Art Van and it is bad. I had a bad experience as well. Too many details to lay out, but my experience was very unpleasant-buying furniture should be enjoyable, especially since we don't do it everyday. I dealt with Frannie. Art Van has been around for years in this area. I love the fact that when I walk in this store I'm always greeted with a smile and isn't pressured with sales people. They have beautiful affordable furniture and also a clearance center for people on a tight budget. I purchased new furniture and I'm very pleased with my overall experiences that I've had with this store through out the years.

They do not stand behind their warranty

I purchased a leather couch from Art Van and was talked in to the leather protection warranty by the salesman. When I got a crack in the leather from normal use I called the customer service number to report the damage and the lady was very rude right from the start.
